Is there really a big concern about a "lack of diversity" in the athletic dept? Does this mean the football team will get a few more white guys on defense? Or the basketball team will get a big, goofy, white center now. Because last I checked, BOTH the football and basketball teams, along with MANY other teams at LSU are pretty diverse.

LSU has numerous black people working in the administration and on the coaching staffs. Over the last 15 years or so they haven't had any reluctance whatsoever in hiring black coaches. But I guess if LSU is determined to keep running with the narrative that "underrepresented" persons STILL need more unmeritorious help then you have to have someone to lead the way.

Can't argue with any of what you wrote, so that makes you a racist and homophobe.

On the serious side...
PRO: she's a former LSU athlete who is an attorney, and attorney with experience on the legislative side of things which it seems we really need a lot of help navigating where the two meet.

CON: is an attorney, and attorney with experience on the legislative side of things, so she really knows how to just bring the whole machine to a grinding fricking halt if she chose to.

A personal note... a absolutely hate the buzz-word "inclusion". It lacks context but is always presumed to be positive. Inclusion into what? A mass murder? That's negative where you are pulling the trigger or receiving the bullet. Inclusion into the KKK? Seems contradictory; but again, context matters. Inclusion into the Calliope? Does anyone seek that? It's a fake idea. /Rant
