In light of a possible evacuation to Jackson, MS, does anyone have any restaurant suggestions?

Good, different pizza at "Old Venice Pizza" - they use cream cheese as a topping in some, and it works. Try the Banscueccio - very good.

Haven't lived in Jackson since 96. I loved Xan's, how did that place not stay open?

I second this. This is one of the best places to eat in town.
