Graphics Card Recommendations

I am looking to build a PC (first timer) and I am trying to find a great all-around graphics card to run WoW, Modern Warfare, and maybe Fight Simulator. My budget is around the $500 range for the Card.
I am looking at an RTX 3060 Ti, but it seems like these are like ammo right now. Impossible to find. Is a 3060 the right route? Can I get away with something else that may be more readily available?

5700xt or a 2070/2080 super and you’ll be perfectly fine for those games.

As indicated not only are newer card difficult to get (very difficult) but there is also now a 25% tariff on them. Expect to pay at least 25% above list when you find a card.
