Sorry, But designing for arctic conditions in south Texas is neither economic, nor smart. No industry does it. I wonder how much of the O&G production is off due to the cold...

Is weatherproofing Wind turbines really not economically feasible?

I read that preparing the turbines for artic temps is a "package" that wasn't added due to coast but WTF do you think they're gonna do now after what happened? Wanna guess?
