re: Styrofoam outdoor wall faucet covers

I wrap a rag/towel around the spigot if there's any gap between the cover and the house. I have Hardi siding so there's a slight gap in most places, plus I always have styrofoam wrap between the house the spigot, so I'm just wrapping from the handle to the spout.
