Georgia Opens Criminal Investigation Of Trump For Conspiracy To Commit Voter Fraud

This broke this morning on local cbs Atlanta news and can also be found in the WaPo and the NYT, neither of which I will provide links. You can look them up yourself if you wish. These are the facts, step by step:
The Georgia Secretary of State Brad Ratfricker has officially opened an investigation of Trump for conspiracy to commit voter fraud, stemming from the phone conversation between then President Trump and Georgia SoS Ratfricker, which Ratfricker then leaked to the media.
The results and recommendations of the Georgia SoS will then be delivered to Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, who will make the decision on whether to file criminal charges for conspiracy to commit voter fraud against Trump.
A little background on the two Georgia Republican officials Ratfricker and Carr, who will determine whether criminal charges are filed against Trump:
Ratfricker is a well known GOPe NeverTrumper. I don’t think I need to spend any time on him.
Carr is your typical two faced political opportunist slimeball. He talks tough but his actions differ from his talk. He straddled the fence repeatedly over the past several months. He began a covert campaign of calling state AGs and rallying them not to join Texas AG Paxton’s lawsuit. When Trump discovered Carr’s actions, he called Carr and excoriated him, to which Carr denied his own actions and swore to Trump that he was on his side. Carr then later came out and voiced strong support for Ratfricker and Kemp and claimed repeatedly that the election was fair, accurate, and free of voter fraud.
Then, later, Carr’s campaign funded and operated calls informing and encouraging people to participate in “Stop The Steal” protests in DC. After the January Capitol riot, Carr’s participation in organizing the event was made known by the media. Carr responded by claiming he had no idea his organization was involved in the event and distanced himself.

And trump will be charged, the Democrats will continue to get away with blatant crimes, they’ll eventually come for our guns, and we will do nothing.

This guy is incredible. I can't believe I've voted for Raffenbitch multiple times. He's outed himself as a total communist. He cannot leave office soon enough for me. I want to see this corrupt dirt bag in prison.
I had no idea Georgia Republicans were so vile. Kemp, Duncan, Carr, Raff

It's not a criminal investigation.
"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Georgia’s Secretary of State’s office opened a probe on Monday into former U.S. President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the state’s 2020 election results, a step that could lead to a criminal investigation by state and local authorities."

Didn’t Trump call this guy and say something like ‘all I need is 14,789 votes, can you please just find me that many, I mean, give me a break, that’s all I’m asking for?’
Wasn’t Trump basically groveling, begging for votes on that phone call?

They are going to be obliterated starting next year but I don’t think they care.

Well, that’s what some are saying.
Others are saying that Trump was encouraging Ratfricker to investigate instances of voter fraud while mentioning that the race was very close (I think 11K vote difference at that time). He did I think toward the end say (paraphrasing)“just find me 11K votes” or something like that.
Trump is loose with his language though, I think we can all agree on that.
