They have permit to produce north slope oil, punched hole and allegedly found black gold. Easy tie ins to get product to market.

If you have shares in WDLF its probably wise to unload those positions since their 10k came out last night.

Yes they also said they had retired all of their debt and this is clearly not the case. They are inside out and I'm not sure these guys will be around in 30 days.

They talked about it yesterday and said it was pretty standard language in any 10k filing.

On reddit they're claiming it's "old" information and that a lot has happened since the filing was done.

I went to the subreddit and there is no new info, but they do mention a podcast on 4/5 to update where they are.
I put in a limit sell this morning that didn't fill, so I plan on seeing how things go with the podcast
I know they have been under a no media sanction for 30 days, so I assume that must end on the 5th

That is pretty standard report with pennies. Actually had a lot of good in it. It’s literally the same paragraph at the end from their 2019 filing. They are some pretty skilled liars based on their last few podcasts if that is the end game here. I’ll say that. Company looks really promising every time I follow vs 99% of the other pennies you can tell are a scam just by reading the social media and not even seeing a face

This is boilerplate 'risk concerns' language for all micro cap companies. Go look at 10K's of 10 other penny stocks that have filed on time and you'll find nearly that exact same wording in the business risk section.
