Reagan’s Vice President, George H. W. Bush was the former head of the CIA. They used air fields in Mena, Arkansas to facilitate trafficking of weapons to the Contra rebels and shipping cocaine in. Then governor of Arkansas, Bill Clinton, was also in on the action.

Yep. When they aren't giving unsuspecting Americans massive doses of LSD, infecting them with syphilis, blowing them up, sabotaging vehicles and staging other "accidents" they happily find the time to introduce highly addictive drugs to disadvantaged communities. Its what they do. Their other 3 letter agency friends gladly and enthusiastically lend a helpful hand whenever they can.
