Sparking up a couple Davidoff Geneve from 2013. I know the year because they are relative to the day my son graduated from LSU. We had a great celebration that day and never had the opportunity to smoke them. Time passed and today we are celebrating his 30th birthday. Cheers fellas, time passes quickly. Enjoy your time with those you love!

Bump for the weekend
I got a tatuaje at home I’ve been thinking about all day.

Which one? I’ve only ever smoked their Tattoo line, but it was fantastic.
I’ve going to fire up a thread favorite I’ve been sitting on for a while tonight. The Padron 1964 Anniversary.

Heads-up for those new to cigars, or if you're just "ballin on budget"
Total Wine has an Oliva 6 Cigar Sammpler for $35
It's a great sampler that gives you a lot of bang for the buck. Under $6 per cigar? For Oliva? Get outta here. You'll pay tax, but you won't pay shipping if you pick it up in store.
For me, it helped me discover wrappers and formats I would have never purchased in store.
"The Connecticut wrapper will be too mild." Wrong. "The Perfecto isn't a big enough cigar." Wrong.
"The O series is their ghetto cigars." Wrong.
"The V will be the only thing worth smoking." Wrong.
Oliva really knocked the ball out of the park here. There's something special going on down there in Nicaragua.

The Olivia Serie V Melanio IMO is the best of the brand.
I’ve been wanting to try the Monticello.
I had a box of Brick House Coronas come in last week, and smoked one this morning.

My guy hooked me up with an OpusX a few months ago. Had a couple of 'special occasions' to celebrate last night and once State topped it all off with a win over Vandy I decided to let 'er rip. What a smoke. Gonna be tough going back to the local shop's $6 label ha.

Around this time of the year AF releases the OpusX 20th anniversary (blue band). Get one if you can.
I’ve been up in the yard since 6AM, mowed the yard, pulled weeds and got my flower beds straight. Laid 40 bags of fresh mulch.
I ate dinner early and smoking a Liga 9.
I’m worn the hell out.

Privada farm roll?
That’s been on my to-do list.

I thought this thread died away, and I log in to see it is still active and to find this wonderful post. Enjoy those moments bud. They are too precious to ignore or take for granted. My dad died relatively young, and we never really had these moments unfortunately. I look forward to them with my kids some day.

Appreciate the comments! However, our serial downvoter seems to not appreciate the camaraderie shown in this thread.

Just fired up a Macanudo and pairing it with a little michter's rye. Not a bad way to end the weekend.

No smokes for me this weekend. Been running around too much, but still checking in anyway.
