This doesn't make any sense. Forty-five Republicans voted with Rand Paul regarding the unconstitutionality of this farce; Bill Cassidy was one of them, so how can there now be 16 who are willing to convict? Nixon resigned to keep from being removed from office, so why all the silly drama?
