Why is This Man Impersonating A Military Officer?

As I explained the other night in the thread I created entitled "Why Does President* Biden Not Have a USSS Call Box" when you're on a movie set you cannot wear an exact replica military uniform. It's illegal. Impersonating a government official.
So what gives? Why is that man impersonating a military officer?

The lighting is weird as hell. Always the light in the top right window, but the others not nearly as active as when Trump roamed the hunting grounds.

Dude why are you so damn stupid? The bottom picture looks like a USN dress overcoat. The picture on top is a Army class A uniform.

It’s an overcoat which anyone with five minutes to spare or a working knowledge of dress regs or even just Google would know is something you don’t put chest candy on.
