I guess we can expect Joe Biden to swoop in and save the day for the Clintons?
Will he squash this or the investigations into himself for money laundering first?
Tick tock.

Is this from the two accounting nerds that appeared before Congress?

Yeah. One of the dudes is a former DEA agent and the other is a tax nerd.

$2.5B in taxes? The Clinton foundation was shady but the number seems a little preposterous. I feel like these folks end up undermining themselves with one line of BS. Also has a tick-tock quality to it it.

Yes. That much. Did you not watch the hearing where they dropped their evidence in front of the entire world? A federal judge has agreed that the suit should move forward. They never even deserved tax exempt status to begin with.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that Biden will be powerless to stop this investigation, the investigation into himself, and the John Durham investigation.

Instead of a charity, Doyle and Moynihan categorized the foundation as a “closely held partnership.”
Researchers believe the Clintons owe between $400 million and $2.5 billion in taxes. They also said they found cases of “pay to play” behavior among donors, the foundation, and Hillary Clinton’s position as secretary of state—which she held from 2009 to 2013.
1. Wow
2. I had no idea you could sue the IRS if they fail to act on citizen complaints. I wonder if this is statutory. If not there are some poll watchers who should probably sue the DOJ- bc they have a duty to investigate complaints of election fraud.

This is a couple of individuals suing the Clinton foundation?
If so, Nothing Biden can do about that.

Do you have anything to add to the topic, by chance?

This would mean the Clinton Crime Syndicate was cleaning up with many more billions of dollars than reported, or the figure given is an unreported financial amount that the Clinton's were trying to avoid paying taxes on.

Chairman xiden will say, in benevolence, "i instructed the dismissal of this obvious witch hunt, we need unity in this time. We need to focus all prosecutorial effort on those evil white supremacists from the previous regime"

That seems a bit high, but that's over many years (since 2001). I think in 2014 alone, it raised over $338,000,000.
If they're going for the UBIT angle, the tax on UBIT by a 501(c)(3) is a 50% rate.
If they're saying - which I think they are - that the foundation never qualified as a 501(c)(3), then the interest and penalties would be massive.

They had tax exempt status. All the money they ever collected should have been taxed. And they took in a lot of money over the years. Hell, I remember that she took like 375 million from Saudi Arabia in one go.

Curious one of the two is named ' Moynihan '. The late Daniel Patrick Moynihan is who Hillary replaced as Senator from NY.

We were raising seven levels of hell about it at the time, but nobody listened. This entire thing has been frustrating as can be. "Conspiracy theories." Good job ignoring it you guys. Look where we are now.
