We won't reach herd immunity by next fall....but there will be more fans allowed in the stadium.

There will be more selective use of COVID by politicians. The universities are leftist entities, so I imagine policies will be kinder to them this year. It's apparently safe enough now to open up the boarders and allow 3rd world caravans across, so it looks like COVID might be suddenly cured soon.

We are supposed to have 85% of us vaccinated by Fall "and to begin to normalcy". I'd have to suggest that football will be on the leading edge of that wave of normalcy. Might have to wear masks, but otherwise in a full stadium. Maybe someone will have manufactured the mask with sippy straw insert that is 100% effective in drinking a beer.

COVID is a political disease. They have who they want in the whitehouse now, so things will be allowed to return to normal.

You don’t think? I thought projections were 150 mil by April. That’s about half the pop. I guess it depends how well it actually works but I’m optimistic we can have real football next year.
