better than Scott, that they assume KW has to be in the "doghouse" for Scott to pass him on the depth chart?

both guys would make spectacular plays and then not see the field the rest of the game. it was kind of ridiculous

Scott averaged over 7 yards a carry. I think the whole recruiting thing with Keiland vs. USC and Ole Miss got everyone drinking the Koolaid. CS was a beast coming out of High School.

I could care less who's 1st on the depth chart...All I know is that between KW, CS, and Richard Murphy, LSU's gonna more fresh legs in the 4th quarter of games than their opponents.

Because most of the people on this board are better coaches than anyone we have ever hired.

Williams run vs VT looked like some of Harvey Williams best. That stutter step against AU was priceless. I think he has the better upside IMO. But I like them all and don't think we are losing much with either of the three.

Because, of the three remaining backs, Williams performed the best in actual games last season.

He had a couple of spectacular plays, but it seemed like when it came to running between the tackles he did not know how to hit the hole

the argument isn't really CS v KW. most KW fans admit CS may be the better all around back (i do)

and the investment is the threat of the big play, which LSU needs on offense (esp if our QBs suck this year)

it's a philosophy thing. i don't know why fans (and miles/porter apparently) value the BOOM BOOM play of a RB who will lower his shoulder and get 5 yards as opposed to a RB who will make the defender miss and get 25.

with LSU moving to a spread option offense, running up the middle isn't as valuable

I still maintain that we lost the kentucky game because CS didnt play AT ALL in the 2nd half except for the 4th down carry in OT.

He gets 10-15 touches in the 2nd half....we win that game.
