By the time their spot is up for grabs the gap between those clubs and the ones outside the league will be so big the "others" will never be able to close it.
There will still be a premier league and people will still watch it, even if it doesn’t have some big clubs in it

At least know what you are talking about if you are going to back the super league
Scaling back essentially kills any chance of being competitive
