Draining the swamp was never going to be accomplished in four year, or even eight years. It may take four to eight decades if it is ever done at all. I think everyone in America has underestimated its size and the number of tools at its disposal. It is not just government and politicians. It is the media, big tech companies, corporate America, Washington think tanks, and much more.

I agree he did a lot with what he could. Unfortunately or fortunately depending who is the president not much can happen short of executive orders. I think if we had no deep state there would be no state department at all. It’s just that deep and swampy. I know he loves America and her people deeply. Here’s hoping to what he does next can truly have an impact.

It’s campaign rhetoric. Every candidate ever does it. All that matters is the wall was being built until dementia Joe halted construction
