What helps with this condition. 52 years old got it from daily push ups and throwing baseball with kids. At this point its so bad that I cant do curls with a bar (DB only), pullups and dips are excruciating.
Is there a good compression sleeve to wear or what does the board recommend?

What helped me was a mix of things --a targeted elbow sleeve for tendonitis, regular forearm stretching, and exercising the forearm with lightweight isolation curls. Suuuuper light, 2-5lbs. You can massage the forearm by putting pressure on the affected tendons to loosen them as well.
Had to learn to pay better attention to form when doing anything heavy with curling/lifting motions so that my whole arm was in sync with the move. Also pay close attention to how often you are folding your arms with pressure, such as computer work or reading.
ETA- this mcdavid is the one i used, depending on your size another make may be better

I have Venom sleeves similar to this, I wear them every time I work out and after a few months the pain will go away completely. I still wear them with no pain so the injury doesn't come back.

Buy therabands and a flexbar. Google video for rehab for either tennis elbow (outside) or golfers elbow (inside).
It takes daily exercises for 7 or 8 weeks. I have tennis elbow right now from lifting and started these on sunday

Do you have a series of videos to recommend? I developed tendinitis in my elbow from lifting as well and will be ordering those items.

Airrosti but they don’t have any locations in Louisiana. Helped me with tendinitis during college while playing baseball

Second on the flexbar. It works better than anything if used consistently.

A bunch of good ones on youtube just search . Get the flexbar. I have the yellow and the red and have used them for many years when I get tendonitis.

I'm so sorry that you are dealing with this. I had it 3 years ago. They only thing that helped me was to stop lifting for a long time (months). It takes a long time to heal.

I’ve had elbow tendon issues for a while, and I have no clue the actual diagnosis, but I mentioned it to a PT I know, and she said stretch your forearms and your triceps. She said most people have elbow tendon issues because those muscles are too tight.
I now stretch them like crazy and feel awesome, only time it hurts is when I realize I’ve forgotten to stretch for a week or so. Hope this helps!

It's gonna hurt, but it's the current therapy.
Pick a weight that will be very difficult to hold for the 30 seconds. Reverse curl it to 90 degrees with respect to your upper arm and hold it.
