Ed should start Interviewing in parallel instead of sequentially.
TBH, there's probably a great DC out there at some small school if only Ed had the acumen to spot him. And in a few years we'll look back and realize we could hired that guy in '21.

Thats such dumb logic. Hindsight is always 20/20. Why didnt we hire Dabo in 2005? We are so dumb.
