I understand why the Trumps are leaving early and no Tea Party for Jill.

The MSM is just shocked that President Trump will not be at the inauguration and that Ms. Trump didn't hold the traditional tea party for Jill.
I say, Thank You! Everyone says that protocol says that President should stay and that the First Lady should welcome the new family to the White House.
So let's say my family is invited for the weekend to a friends home where my husband is constantly insulted, my children are dragged thru the mud and they insult me at every turn. Now protocol says I should send a nice thank you card and gift, but do you think for 1 second I would do that?
Heck NO!! And I am so happy that they aren't either!!
