What’s the point in living if you don’t feel alive?

Probably so. That and the fact that she started fricking someone else.... but that’s obviously my fault too.
So how’d you find out?

Depends on the judge.
Not my area of personal expertise either, but I do know that in Louisiana any property obtained during the marriage belongs equally to both parties. The same is true of debt.
There are states that use an "equitable division of property" model, in which a judge tries to use his little bad-at-math brain to handle these questions fairly, but Louisiana law affords much less leeway to the judge.
If there is a real disagreement over how to split things up 50%-50%, it's more likely to be settled by an accountant than a judge. No sane judge is going to look at an accountant with expertise in this area and say, "I know how to calculate 50% better than you."

Nearly every post it makes references that it's a woman. Definitely trying too hard.

I don’t think you bought the Jeep for her on your anniversary. I think y’all bought a Jeep for her to drive. Much like a house in divorces, either sell it and split the equity or if upside down, split the debt (maybe throw her a bone and take care of the debt if she agrees to sell it). I don’t see why you have to provide her with a vehicle at this point.

Oof. Just in the info in this thread, OP is easily identifiable. I'd delete everything if I were him.

If you are paying the notes on the Jeep why has your credit score dropped?
