Cam’s won an MVP, guess you’d take him over Watson too.
At least he has more than one win in the playoffs and no one was crowning his arse for going a dick hair over .500 in the regular season and blaming his failures on everybody else in the organization.

Flacco won a SB and had one of the best QB postseasons in history going into that contract

Umm, are you under the impression that Lamar has taken the Ravens far in the playoffs?

He will be smart to wait to let Dakota sign his first. Dakota is going to get paid like a top 3 QB then Jackson will get top 3

I’d take Watson over Jackson 10/10 times and it ain’t even close
Posted on 1/16/21 at 10:35 pm to TheRouxGuru
Anyone saying Jackson is better than Watson has a low football IQ.

Lol. The playoffs really bring out the casual fan idiots.
Joe Flacco had arguably the greatest postseason run by a QB in history that year. 11 tds, over 1,100 passing yards, no ints, 117 QB rating. Had to go to Denver and New England on that run and that defense that “won” that SB gave up 31 points in said Super Bowl 3 weeks after giving up 35 to Denver. But please continue.

Now do Lamar in the playoffs

What’s so funny?
You don’t think espn is going to push the ‘why won’t they pay black QBs narrative?’
Stephen A Smith will bitch non-stop for the next 5 years if they dont give him a top 3 contract. Anyone who doesnt understand ESPN will pressure the Ravens on this is clueless.

He went crazy in the playoffs that year. That's why he's rich as hell right now

Maybe. But they are going to do it. Dak will get paid too.

My point exactly
Is he worth top ten money? Yea, maybe if that’s the type of high school garbage offense you want to run.. he’s great at that but he is not a top 3 or 5 QB

He’s been their starter for 2 and not even a half seasons and has taken them to the playoffs 3 times. Watson has been in the league 4 years and has only been twice. I do know that Lamar also hasn’t blown a 24 point lead in the playoffs either.
Let’s be honest, the only reason why y’all keep stanning for Watson is because he beat Bama in college. Dude’s overrated. He hasn’t won shite in the league. Hell y’all trash the Bears for picking Mitch over him yet Mitch has a better winning percentage than him despite being on a worse team in a harder division. Watson never will be a franchise guy. He’s Kirk Cousins/Jared Goff/Derek Carr but for some reason y’all want to SIMP for him.

Completely unfair assessment IMO
QB vs QB debates are always hairy, especially when you pull out the ‘oh yea well how many times did his TEAM make the playoffs?’ card... way too many variables to go there. Muddies the water big time

So, no then. Cool.

Right. I’m sure having a near the bottom of the league defense (27 actually) versus the ravens #2 had absolutely nothing to do with it. Again 32/32 teams take Watson if given the choice.

They should offer him 5 years, 115 million fully guaranteed. That's the only way he can be affordable.
Can Lamar afford to turn that kind of money down?
