My favorite headstocks are vintage Martin. 50’s-70’s era. With the rounded corners. So they can be cost prohibitive. Lol
Side note. My damned phone auto corrected head stocks to breadsticks? As much guitar as I talk on my devices. Lol

Martin and Gibson headstocks are really the only ones I like acoustic wise

But what if the guitar was the only interface between you and the music. No cab, no head, no amps, no reverb, no delay, electronics, wawa pedal, or tone shapers. When it's only what's in your hands and between the ears. And the choices are largely reduced to the strings, what woods, and the luthier, brand, or corporation.
Currently at eight and bid on one last week that I might should have gone higher on. Because sound is elusive, guitar greed is real, and our ears desire's often change from day to day.

But for real.. as long as it stays in tune, feels good in my hands and gets the sound across to a level I'm content with..im good with it. At one point as a kid all I had was an old applause, which was so brutal on my hands.

Whole bunch of Yairi dreads.
Two cedar tops (DY62C and 63) the 1st is burl mahogany like Monty Montgomery plays and 2nd is ovangol. My starter and still knock around is a DY57. Which is your plain jane generic d18 and may be the most bassy loud of them all. It stands out in a crowd. Two masterwork series one in Gabon Mahogany (DYM94) which is incredibly light and the other an East Indian Rosewood (DYM95SB) in sun burst. They're pretty much forward shifted x-braced D18 and D28's and sound similar when played side by side, but with much thinner and narrower necks.
One S.Yairi that's modeled on a 00-28 and done Japan craftsman good. One obligatory Washburn which is another cedar top but this one with Striped Macassar Ebony back and sides. And one lone Martin 12 string in high pressure laminate who's only purpose was strumming in a praise team.

Was looking at a slope shouldered 12fret rosewood real hard, but couldn't for the price without playing, and really thinking it might need be a cutaway. You ever messed around with a 12fret? Everything I can find makes them sound interesting. Might need to spend a day driving around town once the covid die's back. They supposedly sound real old, are well balanced across highs/mids/bottom, and due to structure have an easy play-ability to them. With bridge moved back the sweet spot is supposed moved up a bit into a more comfortable position and it (again supposedly) helps them resonate being more central in the big bout.... but who knows.

Nah, everything I've ever owned pretty much has been standard dreadnought style guitars.
