Keep in mind the kid just turned 17 and has a year and a half of high school left. He will be fine.

Athleticism and frame are hard to manufacture and impossible to develop, respectively.
At least for OTs. And they are high school recruits. There is a bare bones minimum of 2 years time until you know where the weight and strength are going to end up. So don't base your decision on a variable 2 years out. Athleticism and frame are much more predictable.
Campbell fits this strategy, for lack of a better term, perfectly.
