Here’s where I think you’re right.
The goal of the protest at the Capitol was not defined. And that’s probably based in Trump’s inability to admit his loss.
So, that is where I’ll agree with you.
I think you’re glossing over election irregularities. But your point about an undefined protest is valid.
Parler had been threatened before the events at the Capitol. And as soon as Trump was banned from Twitter, Parler was going to be hit with what amounts to a coordinated attempt to deny them the right to function.
The resolution by the Missouri House member was written before the protest even happened. So, that resolution was coming anyway.

i'm honestly not, but the evidence isn't there (yet) and like i posted on the election board right after (before things got crazy with stop the steal bullshite), challenging elections is VERY difficult with VERY short timelines and almost no discovery
