I think apple upgrade changed way to delete FB account

The instructions to delete you account no longer work. There is no down arrow in the top right corner of Facebook!

A lot of sites let you type a message when you delete your account to tell them why but I noticed when I deleted my twitter they don't give you the option to do that. I would have loved to tell them to go frick themselves.

Uninstalled FireFox today on my main comp, they asked for feed back.

I successfully deleted FB acct yesterday using my MacBook Air. I'm OUT!

Deleted mine today, it was hard to cut off ties to old high school friends but I feel to much better now

the facebook app upgrade you didn't notice happening is what changed that... they hate for people to quit or delete things, and honestly, I think if they anticipated a wave of people trying to quit they changed it on purpose to make it hard to find.

I've always hated Facebook's crap.
From desktop, it's Settings and Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information > Deactivation and Deletion

Deleted and never looking back. I keep in contact with people I know... The rest were for curiosity mostly.

Don't log back into your account for any reason for the next 30 days or it will cancel the deletion.

deleted mine on Tuesday - trying to muster up the energy to get off gmail. too much work to change all my email addressees.
