Prior ruling by the US Supreme Court.

In short, the election is null and void due to cheating.

You know what it means, you're just too eaten up with intellectual dishonesty to admit it.

Then again, maybe you are just that dumb.

I used DuckDuckGo to search it.

I am refusing to use the term "google it". I obnoxiously correct people or ask, "What the Hell is google?"

You can’t just say there was fraud and throw a conspiracy theories. It has to be proven. And it has not been. If there was any fraud it was the snake oil salesman who has been in office for the past four years

Court case, UNITED STATES v. THROCKMORTON.
October Term, 1878

LINK SCOTUS
quote:

There is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments. There is also no question that many rights originally founded in fraud become—by lapse of time, by the difficulty of proving the fraud, and by the protection which the law throws around rights once established by formal judicial proceedings in tribunals established by law, according to the methods of the law—no longer open to inquiry in the usual and ordinary methods.

I’d like to see you explain that case and how it applies to what the op might be posting about.

Is Lin Wood posting this case? I mean he is incompetent enough to think Throckmorton somehow grants him relief.

It could mean there was one less presidential candidate during the 2020 election.
