So besides a salad, french bread and maybe grits, any other ideas for side dishes with this? Seems like grits and french bread together may be a little to starchy???

You aren't from Louisiana are you? Lol.

Glass of white wine would pair nicely. I'd probably do some roasted brussels sprouts or asparagus.
