Thirty years ago the ACLU would have been apoplectic about just the idea of something like this. Today this fence-riding is their idea of a response because they don't want to piss off the wrong people.

Their monopolies should have been broken up long ago but the free market is infallable...ask any conservative. The market has an answer.....there is no constitutional way to regulate any industry....just ask any conservative, not a RINO....
