BOUDIN MAP
Second post of attached link has a map of boudin stops in south Louisiana. My personal favorite is T-Boys in Mamou. As mentioned, Kartchner’s is up there with some of the best.

I Like the smoked boudin from best stop, never had Kartchners. Locally that place on Greenwell springs isn't bad and I like that it almost always taste a little different, I don't think they measure anything.
