Not shutdown like Los Angeles County for instance, but pretty restricted. Virginia less so.
Crime is definitely way up including in Arlington. We lived right near the East Falls Church metro which is a nice area and since March had 4 car break ins which was never an issue before. Moved out to Reston after that.
