Is there anyone who covers LSU better than Jacques Doucet?

We definitely are lucky to have a guy like him cover LSU. He knows LSU. The history. The real Louisiana culture. Class act. Are there any other guys in LSU media that I’m missing?

I liked Doucet until he set LSU on fire by calling Andrew Lowery a Marine.

I really enjoy Brodie Miller’s coverage of LSU. He writes from a fans POV but he’s not a lifelong fan so there is just enough objectivity to get a real opinion and not just homerism.

I don’t like Cody Worsham. He seems like he puts in a lot of work and all, but I just don’t like him. Maybe it’s his voice.

Cody Worsham works in the athletic department. I wouldn't consider him as someone who "covers" LSU. He's a good writer, but he's writing PR.

The content Jacques put out this year was incredible. He busted arse even during the dead months of April/May when there were no sports. Any young journalists (or photographers) on the LSU beat need to follow his example of hard work, and more importantly, professionalism.
ETA and I know Cody Worsham is LSU media so he can’t be too critical but he does great work as well.

Well all I know is that he did a great job covering the team last year. The “That’s Joe” series was great. I also enjoy his BootUp podcast. I don’t read really any of his writing.
