About to end a 72 hour fast. What are some good foods to do so with? I am gonna start by drinking bone broth but what should I eat afterwards?

This is my routine for a 5 - 8 day fast, shorter fasts I'll shave 1/2 day off but if this is your first take it easy on entry/exit.
Sometimes you have to experiment to see what works best for your system. For me, when I'm entering and exiting a fast I do a couple days of raw fruits/vegetables and non-whey protein shakes. After the exit when I move to something greasy or heartier like fried food or steak, I'll eat about half what I'd normally eat if it's within a few days of breaking the fast.

As many eggs as you can until you’re about to pass out.

When I used to do 72 hour fasts I’d break it with a huge ribeye, half an avocado, and 3-4 eggs, maybe a little bit of sweet potato.

Spinach, broccoli, walnuts, cherry tomatoes, sauteed a little then add eggs and top with shredded dry cheese.

I do salty bone broth. Fage 5% plain yogurt. Then a ribeye. Eggs.
