Most entries in this thread are sad movies, or super sweet/sad parts of movies, etc. I thought this was supposed to be movies that made you "irrationally" emotional? These are all supposed to make you feel things.

In that light, the end of Major League when Bob Uecker is going crazy, then it starts with the theme music by Bill Medley while everyone is pouring out of the stands onto the field. I love the piano in that Bill Medley song that plays throughout the movie in heavier scenes

this somewhat reminds me of something that intends to tug on heart strings, but not to the extent it does for me



that movie had no business almost making me cry in the theaters when i first saw it

*ETA: i don't mean the part referenced earlier in this thread involving Harry. i mean specifically when the kid runs out (couldn't find a gif of it)
