With the parking tickets I believe they will if they catch the car in one of their spots. But around Tulane/Loyola it seems they enforce all the parking tickets pretty inconsistently. The boot is a huge PITA. A girl I know got booted not too long ago (for parking too close to a stop sign) and it has a digital keypad and you call the number and pay via card on the phone and they give you the code. A complete racket. I think they even expect you to return the boot to them,

Yep. I have several that I never intend to pay. The consequence of that is I can't park that particular vehicle on the street in Orleans Parish. Always in a parking lot. Thankfully, I don't go into the city in that car all that often.
Some of the school zone lights that have blinking lights aren't currently blinking at all, but the cameras are still giving tickets during those times.
Some typical Orleans shite there.

Yes, and it will happen at the most in opportune time, & costs a fortune
