The guy just agreed to offset the price by the taxes he would have owed had he registered it originally. Super nice guy.
Also, I called South Dakota to look into that route and they said they are only doing in-person transactions at this time. I guess too many people caught on to that loophole.

I sent my paperwork off a few days ago for mine. I think I talked to...Nicole. But please don't say you're doing it to avoid taxes. Just say you have a camp up there.
