Harbaugh. Led Stanford to greatness and then 49ers to the Super Bowl. Legitimate reasons to think he would bring Michigan back.
Tom Herman ran up the score on non- P5 schools and parlayed that to a reputation he didn’t deserve. Kudos to his agent.

He beat the 2016 Heisman winner 3 weeks before the ceremony and beat the 2017 Heisman winner earlier that season. Also won his NY6 bowl. Think he won 6 games against ranked teams.
He accomplished some things but those accomplishments do not prepare you for the Texas job. A middling job like Texas Tech would have been appropriate.
