BI isn’t eligible for that clause. All the other players, Fox, Tatum and Bam, have 1 year before their extensions kick in. The escalators are if the quality for the Rose rule escalators. BI’s contract is for the current season and he did not meet rose rule criteria this past season. His max is the most he can get.

If so, that is not something we can just offer, that is something a player has to qualify for, correct? And would the max contract be the qualifier?
ETA: I see the Rose Rule discussion on page 2, but that seems to point to 2 All Stars and getting 30% of the cap instead of 25%. But what's the one that has the escalators for 1st/2nd/3rd team All NBA?
