The issue here is LSU's response to multiple complaints of sexual violence.
Yet some people instinctively want to attack the victim and suggest "she had it coming". LSU, not coincidentally, is off the hook, according to this approach, regardless of how irresponsible they were.
It is precisely for this reason that so many women are reluctant to make complaints about violence, no matter how justified.

It’s very telling that so many people liked this post immediately with no knowledge that you’re actually incorrectly referencing the victim in the Guice situation and not this situation. They just assumed you were right without any details
