I don't think Berkeley is predominantly white. Unless you count anyone who isn't black as white?

Edit: It is 59% white if they do not include the student population. Either way it is extremely diverse. I would not qualify that as upper class either. The hills are pretty but the bottoms are essentially Oakland.

I'm not speaking of neighborhoods in terms of entire sections of town like "Piedmont" or "Westbrae". I'm talking about individual neighborhoods within those places.
