Yeah, I’ll pick them all if a freeze threatens.

I do have greens, lettuces, and carrots.

I've got several varieties of leaf lettuces, kale, Swiss Chard, sugar snap peas, Georgia collards, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbages in green and red/purple, onions, beets and garlic all going right now.

My broccoli are close to picking time, cabbage heads are forming now, but are still pretty small, sugar snaps are being picked to use in stir fry and salads, collards have been picked twice already and cooked down with plenty more getting ready for picking.

My lettuces, kale and chard had to be planted a second time when a warm spell knocked down the seedlings, but are doing well now, but nowhere near ready to pick any.
