To be fair, probably the only college head coach that could transition to a good AD is a football coach as the skills are transferrable. The other sports programs in an AD are just too small and don't have as many moving parts and coaches under them they are responsible for.

Its so weird that msu and sc have become like carbon copies of each other. Both now considered women’s bball schools with a really good baseball program and both hired their good baseball coach to be AD and it’s failing spectacularly.

Our school President has a lot of shite to clean up because not only is the AD a disaster but his predecessor prioritized Northeastern students over students in state and from neighboring states.
He’s gotta put the South Carolina back in the flagship of the state, clean up some of the bitchassedness that infected our student body, and deal with Chinavirus/a potentially much worse economy/different legal environment for colleges.

You’re not forbidden to hire the guy when he’s on the show cause penalty.
