Many people will lose earning potential.
Many small business owners lose something theyve spent years building and will never gain that status again.
Youre dealing with opportunity cost more than than extremes that you seem to be stuck in..

it's not guaranteed but likely. the obligations of that business aren't just going away
sure there are some who aren't in long-term leases or with outstanding debt, but those are the ones holding on who will get wrecked with the 2nd lockdown
