Anyone have success with back pain devices? I went to a chiropractor yesterday for an adjustment and it did absolutely nothing for me so I'm looking into trying something else...

Back Hero

Chirp

I have chirp wheels and like them, but I feel like they’re more suited for mid/upper issues. It’s kind of difficult to balance on them for lower back.

I have something similar to the back hero. I use it when I get really stiff in my lower back. Takes it a couple days but it seems to work it out.

Things I have found to help:

Chiropractor's decompression table.

Mobility/Yoga type movements.

Strong Core.

TENS Unit.

Massage/Massage Gun.

Hanging from a bar a few times per week (gravity)

Cryotherapy/Ice baths.

When I started doing yoga daily for an hour it eliminated the chiropractor visits for my constant back issues. I didn’t give a damn what I looked like, I just went & did it. Before class I’d ask the instructor to do lower back stretches. If you have access to a hot yoga studio try that out. Stretch your IT bands & hips daily. Hope you feel better, back pain is a SOB.

You could also have glute amnesia.

Chiropractor actually takes a little time. I used to not believe it was not helpful, but I went to treatment for 4 weeks and noticed a big improvement.

Just my way opinion.
