It amazes me that, has a society, we are supposed to pretend that she won't die way earlier than normal when you are that fat. There is nothing positive about it. She will die in her 40's of cancer/diabetes/heart attack/stroke.
I'm ok with normalizing being 5'7" 160lbs. 5'7" 400lbs is a death sentence.
