Ed O has been recruiting for 3-4 in recent years, and this sudden change to 4-3 is a little baffling.
The personnel differences are overstated. Whether BJ Ojulari is a rush OLB or a hand-in-dirt DE, he’s playing the same role. We would still have problems at ILB.

The biggest issue is that our DT suck and our secondary has no idea what’s going on.
