I just want him to explain how a national mask mandate would be constitutional outside of an Executive Order or a Joint Resolution of Congress saying “Everyone pretty please wear a mask”
Also, that third bullet point confuses me. Is the Trump administration sitting on some huge cache of vaccines that they are refusing to distribute? I’m under the impression Operation Warp Speed has sped up the vaccine development process to the maximum possible extent.

So with Trump I’ve been tested 5 times with no issues in Atlanta a major city. Trump also has had a plan for the development and distribution of a vaccine for a long time now. Biden is fricking stupid.

I haven't heard of there being a testing problem, and other than a nationwide mask mandate, how is this different from Trump's plan?
