When do we get that headline. That is usually the bat signal that there is serious problems in a program or on a team. So when do we get that? Seems lately we only hear of those when there is some BLM political crap going on.

When your #18s are non-contributors and your #7 hasn't made a play all year ... who exactly has the authority to conduct such a meeting ?

There are plenty of veterans with rings and pull on that team that should be able to beat some sense into someone.

Name the Alpha player...Name the DOG that wants to destroy the player across from him! Name the Player that is playing hard every single play bc of PRIDE!

Until you can name that player..don't expect a "Players only Meeting".

I'm against bashing players! But I don't see one TRUE LEADER on this Team! MB is a 4th year QB...can anyone say they have seen him Jump the teams arse..the offenses arse...coaching up the line and skill players? Jacoby? Can anyone say that have seen him jump the D's arse? I'm not talking about pointing fingers, I'm talking about getting in the players face and holding them accountable!

LSU is young, but those young inexperienced players are looking to #7 and #18 and other experienced leaders like MB for leadership and FIRE. Unfortunately, those players are lost and just walking through the motions...which bleeds over to the young ones.

Same can be said about the coaches you are completely dead, just watching a game.

There are no leaders on this team. You are going to be waiting a while.

It’s clear by sideline demeanor and play on the field that the roster doesn’t care enough to have a players only meeting....and that’s on the coaches.

I see BJ, Baskerville, and Harris going hard almost every play. I would rather see that and get burned than not see the effort...

Last week kinda made me a believer in Harris. I hope he improves every week.

Who would you even want leading that meeting? Can you think of anyone on the team?

No one sticks out to me a true leader on this team.

Did O disband the “leadership council”? Maybe they can’t communicate well enough to be in the place at the same time.

Players gotta care enough to call the meeting. From video evidence I’ve seen on CBS and ESPN each Saturday I don’t see any players who seem to care that much. Laughing on the sideline during a blowout loss usually means you’re not that invested as a competitor.

But I’m sure they’ll just call out the fans on Twitter instead of take responsibility.

The players already had that meeting before the season started. It led to them marching to the President's Office and skipping out on practice without telling the head coach. It's really worked wonders. Glad it all worked out for them and that they got what they wanted.

You’ve all seen the video right before the season of the apparent offensive leader yelling in practice. As someone who has played sports for a long time, it felt fake and for show because the cameras were there.

Leaders are usually appointed automatically by a team. This team doesn’t seem to agree who that should be.
