We aren't talking about the economy as a whole. We're talking about Biden policies that will stimulate the stock market. Obviously, no policies will stimulate the entire market, but certain sectors would certainly see an uptick because when investors see Uncle Joe handing out cash for infrastructure, and other pet projects that the dem's have in mind, they'll start dumping money into companies that stand to benefit.

Sure, but OP was talking about VTI and other entire market funds. If we are discussing individual stocks that's a completely different question.
