rebel ice cream. you can eat a pint of cookie dough ice cream and its only 4 carbs total.

Pretty sure that's what led to my breakdown. It only exacerbated my craving.

We have a couple of loaves of Aldi bread in the freezer. It is OK, but enough different from the bread I like that I hardly ever want it. What it does do is make keto friendly bread crumbs (Dry in the oven at very low temperature for a couple of hours then run through the food processor).

Weight Loss?

Thanks to Covid quarantine, I was either 234, or 240 when we started (Hazy memory). This morning I was 198. My goal is "end of Basic training, many years ago" 180. Might go to 160, which is sometime in High School weight. Would be fun to see if I can do it.

How did your body react to that LOL

Eh. It certainly satisfied a craving deep in my mind.

I will say that if you stick to the keto diet for a few weeks you will definitely lose pounds.

That’s why I love it. In two or three weeks I can drop from 190 to 175-180 with no dietary restrictions with regards to intake. You are never hungry on keto. Get a few prepackaged keto snack bars, bacon and eggs for breakfast, grilled chicken salad for lunch, burger no bun or steak for dinner. Weight just falls off.

This stuff right here only 2 carbs and taste like desert.

I lost close to 50 lbs in the spring doing hardcore keto.

Ive lost a little over 50 lbs in the last 2.5 months, but I also skip breakfast and lunch M-F. It sucked for the first 3 weeks but my body adjusted. ( coffee in the morning, and a busy work environment helps ) In two more weeks im going to add a couple kind bars to my diet for lunch, as well as fruit and milk back into my diet.

Stuffed chicken thigh?

Yes

Edited to add.

I think I've shown this bread used in a stuffing, but I don't think I posted a stuffed chicken thigh. That must have been someone else.

Wife and I have been on keto for about 5 months. I've lost about 40 pounds, her 30. Not as must as I would have hoped for by now, but its progress I'm happy with, especially without adding exercise.

I count my carbs carefully and then at the end of the day I'll eat Kirklands pralines to get my carbs to 20. They are about 1 carb per one full pecan (14 carbs for 28 grams). It's a nice treat and keeps me sane. I can usually get 5 or 6 of them a night.
