Video: Joe Biden Heckled During Campaign Speech

I don't know when this video was taken. The tweet comes from a foreigner by the looks of it, but this video is great. Someone heckles Joe to the point where Joe addresses the heckler. The heckler pretty much stonewalls Biden here.

bullshite. It speaks to Joe's inability to lead his own family. He is applying for a job to lead the entire country. His son's drug abuse and pedophilia are fair game.
